Julius Malema Criticises Low Enrolment Rate of New Universities
Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema responded critically to the news that two new planned universities would initially be enroling just 290 students between them, reports News24.

He commented that the low enrolment rate showed a lack of commitment to transforming past injustices.
